Montreal Canadiens forward Max Pacioretty left Tuesday nights game against the Winnipeg Jets late in the first period with an apparent leg injury. Pacioretty got his leg tangled in a scramble in front of the Jets net and fell to the ice awkwardly. He was helped off of the ice putting no weight on his left leg.
